The TRCAC Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 6 pm in Room 3 of the Community Centre.
Our meeting is open to the public, and members new and old are invited to conduct our usual business and elect a board of directors for the upcoming fiscal year.
NEW this year, we are looking for a Youth Director! This volunteer, ideally between 13 and 18 years old, will gain experience in the non-profit arts and culture sector and learn how boards of directors work.
Importantly, the Youth Director also has input into the events and activities that TRCAC runs and supports in the year ahead!
You don't have to be a member to attend our AGM, but you must be a member or representative of a member group in order to vote. To help ensure the meeting begins on time, please pay your annual membership fee in advance.
