Membership Information

The TRCAC offers annual membership from June to the following May. Membership benefits include:

• Voting at general meetings.
  Join us at our annual general meeting in June each year to elect our volunteer board of directors, review business, and celebrate member successes.
  
  
• Assistance with grant and proposal writing.
  Membership in our non-profit gives you access to free grant and proposal writing services through regional organizations like the Peace River Regional District.
  
  
• Collaboration with local arts and culture groups and like-minded individuals.
  Join our regular monthly meetings to strategize, share successes, and problem solve. Participate in – or find volunteers for – events, activities, and workshops.
  
  
• Exhibition of work in TRCAC's gallery space in the Community Centre.
  The TRCAC occasionally opens the gallery space for members to display their works. Be among the first to know when the space is available.
  
  
• Coverage through TRCAC's liability insurance for using Community Centre spaces for meetings and some types of events.
  Member groups can leverage our liability insurance for one-time or recurring meetings and activities, and for some types of events. Note that extra insurance will be required for events involving alcohol service.
  
  
• Group access to a custom email address.
  Take advantage of the consistency of one email address for communicating with people outside of your group. No more chasing down community directories to update contact details when points of contact change.
