The Tumbler Ridge Community Arts Council will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday June 12, 2025 at 6 pm in Room 3 of the Community Centre.
Join us for the TRCAC Annual General Meeting to discuss amending a bylaw and elect our board of directors for the 2025–2026 fiscal year. The meeting is open to the public, past and present members, as well as aspiring members.
Members in good standing who have paid for their 2025–2026 individual or group membership are eligible to vote on business matters during the meeting. We strongly recommend members pay for their membership ahead of the meeting so the AGM can begin on time.

The proposed bylaw amendment to be voted on during the AGM on June 12:
Whereas the TRCAC wishes to maintain operational integrity and consistency and we wish to have a board that can regularly attain quorum for decision making purposes, be it resolved that the following amendment be made to the organization’s bylaws section 36:
“(c) Any director who misses 3 consecutive meetings without having given the board notice of their absence is considered to have resigned their position.”
